  • Steve Olson

    Steve Olson, Ph.D.

    A Clinical Associate Professor and Executive Director of the Center for Innovation Excellence in the Michael J. Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University. Steve is an award-winning teacher specializing in leadership, innovation, and ethics. He is the Lead Guide for the Understanding Business Innovation mobile-learning program. Steve earned his Masters Degree from Yale and his Ph.D. from Emory University. He has extensive experience in training and coaching executives on innovation, leadership, and corporate responsibility. His clients include Cox Enterprises, Panasonic Automotive Systems, WellStar Health System, Regions Bank, and the U.S. Marine Corps, to name just a few.

    • Everett Darby

      Everett Darby, MBA

      Former head of innovation for The Coca-Cola Company, North America and a Principal at Growth River Consulting. Everett's expertise is in the areas of innovation, leading change, and developing high-performance teams. His work centers on developing business leaders who drive innovation and lead change in ways that generate profitable and sustainable growth. Everett, in partnership with Steve Olson and others, played a key role in developing the Certified Professional Innovator (CPI) program that helps business leaders reach their fullest potential as innovators and change-makers. He earned his MBA from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis.

      • Neale Martin

        Neale Martin, Ph.D.

        Author and expert in consumer behavior, customer satisfaction, and bridging the gap between new technologies and markets. Dr. Martin is the author of Habit: The 95% of Behavior Marketers Ignore and a popular keynote speaker and consultant to major food, pharmaceutical and communications companies. He pioneered the idea that marketing theories and models are wrong because they are based on a flawed assumption, that consumers make rational and conscious decisions. Dr. Martin specializes in market research design and implementation, new product development, and brand messaging. He earned his Ph.D. in Marketing from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
